We built our own system for running development work, and we use it on real projects. It's how one studio covers this much ground at pace.
Strategos
Our orchestration framework, built on a separation of powers. Planning, execution and verification stay independent, so no one's work is judged by whoever did it. It's the internal engine behind how we run projects, and it's tested hard before it touches client work.
agent-farm
A production fleet of AI development agents in build, QA and scouting roles, working in parallel against a shared board under layered safety controls. It runs our own development day to day, which is how we move quickly without dropping quality.
