A live AI assistant that helps migrants in Poland handle immigration procedures in their own language. It's our own product, and the clearest proof of how we build.
What it is
dopomo.pl guides people through Polish immigration procedures: temporary protection and CUKR, residence cards, PESEL, work permits. It works in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English, and the user picks the language rather than the app guessing. It gives clear information about how the procedures work, not legal decisions.
Grounded in official sources
Answers are drawn from official Polish government sources through a retrieval knowledge base, and each one passes a grounding check that flags any claim it can't cite. You get guidance you can trace back to the source, instead of a confident guess.
It knows its limits
dopomo.pl gives information, not legal advice. Asylum questions sit outside its scope, so it declines them and refers people to the right bodies, such as UNHCR and the Office for Foreigners (UdSC).

EU data residency
AI runs on two EU-hosted providers (Google Vertex with Gemini, and AWS Bedrock), so data stays in the EU.
Compliance
GDPR done properly: a DPIA, records of processing, and data-subject rights including erasure. A formal EU AI Act assessment (not high-risk), an in-chat notice that you're talking to AI, and field-level encryption for sensitive IDs.
Infrastructure
Running on AWS with ECS, CloudFront, managed Postgres and a vector database, all defined in Terraform, with secrets rotation.
Reliability & monitoring
Sentry with PII scrubbed, OpenTelemetry tracing, CloudWatch alarms and dashboards, cookieless analytics, a retrieval-quality evaluation that runs in CI, and Lighthouse performance budgets.
Quality
Strict TypeScript, unit and integration tests, end-to-end and visual tests, and architecture fitness rules. Legal content passes a paralegal sign-off, and every change gets an independent AI code review.
Reach
Per-locale pages with hreflang, a dynamic sitemap, structured data, and an installable PWA.
