The problem
Migrants navigating Polish immigration bureaucracy face a maze of procedures, documents and deadlines — across a language barrier, with official information scattered and high stakes. A wrong answer can cost someone their legal status. Generic AI chatbots make this worse: they sound confident and invent guidance that simply isn't true.

How we built it
We conceived, designed and built dopomo.pl with the same AI-oriented processes and workflows we bring to clients. We own it and we operate it in production — product strategy, UX, architecture, build and live operations, end to end.
Agent architecture
A pathfinder funnel guides each user to a personalized plan, with task agents and background workers handling multi-step work behind the scenes.
Grounded knowledge base
A retrieval layer over official Polish sources — acts, ministries, provincial-office practice and case law — so guidance is anchored to real authority.
Multilingual from day one
Four languages — Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English — with deliberate, explicit language selection rather than guessing from location.
Production operations
Containerized services, background worker queues, passwordless auth, structured logging and monitoring — built to run live, not to demo.

Every answer is validated against an authoritative knowledge base before it reaches a user. A grounding gate refuses, softens or rewrites anything it can't cite — and every tip links back to a government page. No hallucinated guidance.
GDPR & compliance by design
The most sensitive personal data is never persisted — that's enforced in the architecture, not left to convention. Data-minimization, redacted logs, retention windows and deletion-on-request are built in from the first slice.
Multilingual agent UX
Four locales, with explicit user-chosen language and identical grounding and safety guarantees across all of them — so trust and accuracy don't degrade outside the primary language.
Production operations
Containerized services, background workers, passwordless auth, structured observability and an EU-only data footprint — the operational discipline that keeps an AI system live and accountable.
