Why we exist
Plenty of AI work looks great in a demo and falls apart in production. The hard parts (grounding, reliability, security, the slow grind of keeping a system healthy) get skipped because they don't show up in a pitch.
We started RunProven AI to do the opposite: build AI systems that are meant to run, and stay responsible for them. The people who scope the work also build it and keep it live.
Before offering any of this to a client, we built dopomo.pl and put it into production. It's where we prove the way we work, and it sets the bar for everything else.
